We will not be returning.Since you are here, we would like to share our vision for the future of travel – and the direction Culture Trip is moving in. Very disappointing experience for the three of us.
She didn't ask if I wanted a copy of the bill, or anything. Even though it was not busy, the waitress rushed indoors as soon as the debit payment for our breakfast showed it went through. I don't think we would want to sit down and drink an orange juice at that point. Seriously, we had been there an hour, eaten our food, and were paying the bill. We mentioned that we hadn't received our orange juice, and wanted to make sure it wasn't on our bill. Definitely not an efficient or attentive waitress. She did, however, she didn't sympathize with the woman who's clothes were coffee stained, and didn't offer to bring a cloth to wipe the table. When the patron told our waitress of the spill, she asked the waitress to bring us more napkins. We offered our napkins for them to clean up the spill. It was all over the elderly lady as well as all over the table.
At a table next to us, a coffee was spilled. She took it inside and never returned with it. We asked another waitress for a refill of hot water in our tea pot. She didn't communicate to us at all during the wait. Our waitress (an older lady) took a break while we were waiting for our food. We ordered our drinks, and did not receive the orange juice ordered. There were tables available both inside and on the patio, which is where we chose to sit. It was almost 10:30 am on a Sunday morning and we were ordering breakfast. Upon arrival, the restaurant was not very busy.
