To submit an entry in hard-copy form, the entry form and Doodle must be mailed in an envelope (packaged carefully so it won't be damaged) with proper postage affixed, to the following mailing address:Įntries received without a completed Entry Form or without a parent's or legal guardian's signature will be disqualified.
